Participants

ISCI is not a formal membership organisation. However the ISCI Board is developing some kind of closer connection with participants in its activities. The ISCI Board members are outstanding scientists and consultants in some cases with political experience and have a strong feeling ISCI could do more for Cities willing to become Sustainable Solar Cities. Probably a program will be launched where it will become possible for cities to become an ISCI participant. Taking this position will give advantages in using high level experienced experts and will provide help in organising own activities in the way to sustainability. It is an advantage that ISCI keeps good relations with other international organisations like the International Solar Energy Society (ISES), www.ises.org and ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability, www.iclei.org The very special thing about ISCI is the willingness to connect practical scientists, interested politicians and other policy makers.
